My doula services are for women birthing with a medical provider team who desire the presence of a dedicated birth worker to hold space throughout pregnancy and birth.
I offer mothers the tools to prepare for birth with confidence and autonomy, exploring physiological birth education alongside emotional, spiritual, and practical preparation. Together, we’ll ground into the nuances of birth, ensuring you feel deeply supported and empowered in your choices.
Throughout your pregnancy, I provide guidance, holistic birth education, and emotional support. When the special day arrives, I offer comfort measures, advocacy, offer encouragement, and, if desired, capturing the sacred transformation through photography.

What To Expect
- ≥3+ Connections Before Birth
- Meeting 1: We'll get to know one another, begin preparing your heart for birth, and discuss connecting with your baby.
- Meeting 2: We'll go over birth education, inner healing, your birth decisions, and envisioning your dream birth.
- Meeting 3: We'll go over final preparations for your birth.
Prenatal Soul Sessions are available upon request at 50% discounted rate for my wombfull mamas.
*Throughout the duration of your pregnancy, I am available for calls and virtual support.*
- Labor Support + Birth Photography
During labor, I attend as support and capture birth photography if you choose.
I provide comfort measures, assistance with movement, and advocacy during labor. I am on-call beginning at 37 weeks and will come to the birth when requested.

*Be advised that I am not a medical provider and I do not bring any medical equipment to births. If you prefer medical equipment is present in the event of a complication or emergency, please hire a Traditional Midwife or Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) to attend your home birth. In this event, I can still attend as your doula and to photograph your big day.*
