My role as your Portal-Keeper is to hold space for your sacred birth experience to unfold as nature intends. I trust in spontaneous and physiological birth; and I offer support to help steer you through the process.

During your pregnancy I will offer guidance on the many nuances of birth that are challenging to navigate on your own. If you desire support along your journey of reclaiming birth, I'm your girl.

Amaris's Empowering Hospital Birth

On September 13, 2024, I had the most amazing natural birth experience at the hospital that would not have been accomplished without the support of Stella.

Her knowledge of childbirth and natural pain management techniques, combined with her compassion and care, made birthing Tomori the most memorable experience of my life. Stella was fully present, calm, encouraging, and empowered me throughout labor and delivery. Her communication with me and the hospital staff was on point, and she always made sure my birth plan was respected.
